02. How will we communicate during the process?

My preferred method of communication is email.  I am on the computer every day and I respond very quickly, usually within minutes to a few hours.

The other reason I prefer email is that if you ask me to do something, I will leave your email in my inbox until that request is taken care of.  I will be able read and re-read your instructions, and when done, I'll reply and let you know.

I am always reachable by email.
