We no longer do maintenance or updates on websites we have not built. Security, speed, and search engine performance aren't features we add on. They're built into every site we create from the start. When a website comes to us that was built elsewhere, it often carries risks we can't fully account for without a complete audit. To patch, secure, and optimize a site we didn't build takes far more time than building a new one properly, so in the interest of both quality and security, we recommend starting fresh.
